STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Within 7 days after making your tentative reservation, a Deposit of 20% is
required to secure the booking.
Balance of the booking amount must be received in full, atleast 30 days prior
to your stay.
All payments are to be made by CHEQUE or MONEY ORDER, or DIRECT DEPOSIT to
If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your booked stay, a cancellation
fee of $90 applies, & all other monies are promptly refunded.
If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to your booked stay, the 20%
deposit is forfeited, & all other monies are refunded.
Refunds can only be made if notification of cancellation is given PRIOR to
commencement of a booked stay.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice
or subsequently agreed in writing or email.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic
use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of
cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition
on arrival. Check-out time is 10 a.m. to allow time to prepare property for next
Guests are required to bring own bed linen, blankets & towels. A washing
machine is provided for your convenience.
